ROBERT J. BERGERON
Robert Bergeron, principal in the law firm of Bergeron and Douglass and Crescent Title, is in his 12th year of managing residential and commercial real estate transactions. He has additional experience in the areas of insurance defense, maritime personal injury defense and worker's compensation matters.

Presently, Bob manages and conducts approximately 1500 real estate transactions a year, which includes commercial and residential closings.

Bob is recognized throughout the area as an expert on Louisiana real estate law. He lectures frequently to investors and home buyers on the legal aspects of buying and selling property. He also is certified to provide state-mandated continuing education courses to Realtors®, and teaches hundreds of real estate agents annually.

Throughout the metropolitan New Orleans area, Bob is considered a leading authority in the field of 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges.

Bob graduated from Loyola University in 1984 where he earned a B.B.A. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, where he obtained membership on the Moot Court Board. In addition to his practice of law, Bob is a retired major in the Louisiana Army National Guard.

Bob is admitted to practice before all courts, both federal and state, in Louisiana, as well as before the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal. Additionally, he is a member of the American Bar Association, New Orleans Bar Association and the Louisiana Land Title Association.

Under Crescent Title LLC, Bob is an affiliate with both the Louisiana Mortgage Association and the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors.



DANIEL M. DOUGLASS
Daniel M. Douglass, Managing Attorney of Crescent Title's Metairie office, has been practicing law for 8 years. In November 2004, Danny joined Crescent Title owner Robert J. Bergeron as a Partner in The Law Firm of Bergeron and Douglass.

Prior to joining Crescent Title, Danny spent several years as a Real Estate Title Attorney, and managed the closings of over 2,000 real estate transactions. Danny has additional experience in litigating general civil matters in the areas of Real Estate, Creditor's Rights, Negotiable Instruments, Security Devices, Contracts, Leases and the Uniform Commercial Code. He is an expert in wills and successions, and has extensive experience in foreclosure litigation.

Danny is a 1993 graduate of LSU (B.A., English), and a 1996 graduate of LSU Law School, and is certified by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission to teach continuing education. He holds a membership in the Louisiana Land Title Association, and is also an affiliate with the Mortgage Lenders Association and the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors.



KIRK J. FROSCH

Kirk J. Frosch is the newest member of Crescent Title’s legal team and Managing Attorney of Crescent Title’s Mandeville office. Kirk earned undergraduate degrees in Finance and Management at Loyola University before earning his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Law School in 1994.

Kirk brings a broad array of legal skills to Crescent Title and the Law Offices of Bergeron and Douglass. His experience includes both corporate and domestic law, as well as successions. Kirk has specialized in real estate and title law for the past several years, focusing almost exclusively on St. Tammany Parish.

As Managing Attorney for Crescent Title and the Law Offices of Bergeron and Douglass on the North Shore, Kirk is available to offer a wide variety of professional legal services, including personal and investment real estate issues, corporate law, and successions.
